Our admission process

The 10 step process to becoming Knod:

  1. Connect: If you meet the initial requirements, you will be invited to start the application process.
  2. Submit your application: you will be driven to an on-line form; fill it out giving us as much detail as possible.
  3. Pay application fee.
  4. Online interview invitation: once the application is reviewed and completed, you will be invited to an online interview.
  5. Complete the online interview.
  6. Official transcripts request: in parallel, request official transcripts from your previous studies as we will be asking for them as soon as you successfully pass the on line interview.
  7. Knod Acceptance Committee revision: your application and interview results will be reviewed by Knod Acceptance Committee, and you will be provisionally accepted, pending reception of your transcripts.
  8. Official transcripts will be reviewed before you will be completely accepted into the program.
  9. Confirmation of enrollment: once accepted, you will confirm your enrollment by the payment of a part of your first term fees. For students enrolled in a Bachelor Degree, we will register you in the 21st Century Skills Accelerator program.
  10. Final registration will be communicated and you will pay the rest of first term tuition fees.

Knod Acceptance Committee

The acceptance committee is made up of at least 3-5 members of the Knod team representing Student Life and Learner Engagement.

Once applications are completed, they are reviewed by the acceptance committee to evaluate the learning potential, technology fluency, English proficiency and problem solving skills.

The acceptance committee may require that a learner take additional courses or training in one of these areas before re-applying for acceptance.

If all of these requirements are satisfied, the learner will be notified of acceptance and informed about next steps to proceed with the Registration process.
