About Bentley
Bentley is an investment professional with more than 25 years in investments, structured finance, private equity, impact investing, strategic partnerships and new venture incubation consulting.
Previously, Bentley was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Impact Investment Leaders, an impact investment and consulting firm, Managing Director with Praesideo Management an alternative investment management firm and First Priority Capital Group, an investment and structured finance consulting company.
Throughout his career he has structured equity and debt placements in the billions while serving in executive roles with America West Bank, BTS Investments and Fidelity investments. In his service in these various positions he has provided strategic and consistent execution of core business objectives and strong financial acumen while identifying significant business opportunities with attention to successful growth and profitability.
Additionally, Bentley organized a banking investment fund working with multiple investment banking firms, government leaders and the U.S. Treasury in originating the public private investment program (PPIP) to assist in working out the billions of dollars in troubled loans held by banks across the country.
Bentley has been a frequent speaker on investment, debt and equity structures and has served on several boards to include the Smart School Technology Foundation, Kaufman Foundation for Entrepreneurship in America Advisory Board, Utah Economic Development Board, Humanitarian Aid Relief Team Board (H.A.R.T.), and the American Parkinson’s Disease Association Advisory Board.
