Knod is proud to participate at the India Education Innovation Conference 2015 (EIC2015), that will bring together the skills, education and technology community in the UK, India and other countries to provide a platform for thought-leadership in the Indian education space and explore the investment opportunities and challenges within this fast-growing and exciting sector.
EIC2015 is on 14-16th January 2015. It is being organised by U-Aspire, and supported by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the UK-India Business Council (UKIBC) and hosted by Microsoft and King's College London. Further details are on the website at www.eic2015.com.
The inaugural edition of this annual platform will explore:
• how innovations in technology, curriculum and financing could help improve educational outcomes;
• how partnerships can be built between employers and educators;
• assisting Indian and international education businesses looking to expand and grow; and
• how innovative financing and international education partnerships could address global education challenges.
It is a great opportunity to learn from relevant speakers like Hon Greg Clark (Minister of State for Universities and Science, UK), Dilip Chenoy (MD & CEO, National Skill Development Corporation, India), Vinnie Jauhari (Director, Education Advocacy, Microsoft India), Graham Doxey (Knod Founder & CEO), and many others.
This is the first of a series of initiatives that Knod and FICCI will share. Established in 1927, FICCI is the largest and oldest apex business organisation in India. Its history is closely interwoven with India’s struggle for independence, its industrialization, and its emergence as one of the most rapidly growing global economies. A non-government, not-for-profit organisation, FICCI is the voice of India’s business and industry. More information can be found at www.ficci.com.
