Cohort "Nne" (4 in Swahili) joined Knod's fast track to employment past week. They started their orientation during the second half of september, and now they are attending a "21st Century Skills Accelerator" training for 2 weeks in Nairobi. This course in being held on the Leadership Training Center of Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB).

During 2 weeks they also interact with executives from Knod employers partners. Joshua Oigara, KCB CEO, is one of the top leaders meeting our learners, sharing with them the key factors for professional success in 21st century, and the difficulties that companies have to hire employees with the soft skills they need. Other employers that will interact with Cuatro during this week are Microsoft, Western Union and Sageo Technologies. 12 students from Knod first cohort (Kwanza), are working with new learners as mentors.
